Your AutoComply dashboard
Here’s a quick rundown of the relevant sections within the AutoComply dashboard that you’ll use throughout this guide:
Teams Tab: This is where you’ll find an overview of your team members, including their assigned roles and permissions. You’ll be adding new members and managing their roles within this tab.
How to add users
To add new team members, navigate to Teams on the left menu bar, click Add Team Member at the top right corner and follow the prompts.
Setting roles and granting permissions to users
To ensure data integrity, select the level of access each team member has. This enables you to keep confidential information away from team members who shouldn’t have access to it. It also lets you organize your team around core responsibilities.
When adding a new team member, you can
- Choose a role (Admin, Team leader, Team member)
- Give access to specific companies
- Select permissions: This restricts or allows access to specific documents or obligation items.
